Kennesaw, GA – Rollover Accident Leads to Injuries on Acworth Due West Rd
Kennesaw, GA (December 3, 2021) – At 7:38 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, December 2, a rollover accident occurred on a roadway in Kennesaw.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident took place on Acworth Due West Road just west of Cobb Parkway. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to unknown reasons. This caused one of the vehicles to roll over at the scene. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were rushed to local hospitals for unknown injuries.
Due to the severity of the accident, a large portion of the roadway was blocked in the area for some time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
