Kennesaw, GA – Car Accident on I-575 Around Bells Ferry Rd
Kennesaw, GA (April 10, 2021) – At 4 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, April 9, a car accident occurred on a highway in Kennesaw.
According to Cobb County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-575 around the area of Bells Ferry Road. Multiple vehicles collided in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The roadway was blocked in the left lane. Police urged those traveling through to use Highway 5 as an alternate route.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
