Jonesboro, GA – Motorcycle Accident at GA-41 & Old Dixie Hwy
Jonesboro, GA (May 14, 2021) – At 5 p.m. on Friday evening, May 14, a motorcycle accident occurred at an intersection in Jonesboro.
According to Gordon County authorities, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-41 and Old Dixie Highway. A motorcycle and a passenger vehicle collided after entering the intersection at the same time.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. Two people on the motorcycle were injured and hospitalized. They are expected to make a full recovery.
The intersection was blocked in the area for some time.
