Jonesboro, GA – Car Crash at N McDonough St & Johnson St
Jonesboro, GA (July 22, 2021) – At 6 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, July 22, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Jonesboro.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of North McDonough Street and Johnson Street. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection at the same time. This caused the vehicles to forcefully collide, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured in the crash. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was blocked at the intersection for some time.
