Hiram, GA – Injury Accident at Bill Carruth Pkwy & Nebo Rd Intersection
Hiram, GA (December 6, 2021) – At 6:23 p.m. on the evening of Monday, December 6, an injury accident occurred at an intersection in Hiram.
According to Paulding County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Bill Carruth Parkway and Nebo Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles forcefully collided with each other. This led to extensive damages to the vehicles in the area.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
