Hiram, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at GA-92 & Nebo Rd Intersection
Hiram, GA (August 31, 2021) – At 3:24 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, August 30, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Hiram.
According to Paulding Sheriff’s deputies, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-92 and Nebo Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to forcefully collide. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was completely closed down at the intersection for a period of time as police cleared the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
