Hiram, GA – Car Accident at Ridge Rd & Laird Rd Intersection
Hiram, GA (June 2, 2021) – At 3:15 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 2, a car accident occurred at an intersection in Hiram.
According to the Paulding Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at the intersection of Ridge Road and Laird Road. Two or more vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The intersection was blocked in the area for over an hour as police cleared the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
