Hiram, GA – Car Accident at Bill Carruth Pkwy & Laird Rd Intersection
Hiram, GA (June 14, 2021) – At 11 a.m. on Monday morning, June 14, a car accident occurred at an intersection in Hiram.
According to Paulding County officials, the accident occurred at the intersection of Bill Carruth Parkway and Laird Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
All lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police cleared the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues at this time.
