Henry Co, GA – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 at Bill Gardner Pkwy
Henry Co, GA (July 27, 2021) – At 8:30 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, July 27, a car accident with injuries occurred on a highway in Atlanta.
According to local authorities, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of Interstate 75 around the area of the Bill Gardner Parkway exit ramp. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when one of the vehicles, described only as a sedan, slammed into the back of another. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged as a result.
Henry County paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hurt in the collision. The injured victims were taken to the hospital for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in one or more lanes around the exit ramp, which led to delays for a period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
