Hampton, GA – Car Accident at Jonesboro Rd & McCollough Rd
Hampton, GA (May 5, 2021) – At 2:45 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 5, a car accident took place in Hampton.
According to Atlanta officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Jonesboro Road and McCullough Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other in the intersection. This led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area for a short period of time, which led to delays.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
