Grayson, GA – Car Accident at Loganville Hwy & Moon Rd Intersection
Grayson, GA (August 11, 2021) – At 7 a.m. on Wednesday morning, August 11, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Grayson.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Loganville Highway and Moon Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles forcefully collided with each other. The involved vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was blocked in multiple lanes. This led to extensive delays in the area.
