Ft Oglethorpe, GA – Two-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on Battlefield Pkwy
Fort Oglethorpe, GA (November 8, 2021) – At 4:16 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, November 8, a two-vehicle crash with injuries occurred in Fort Oglethorpe.
According to Catoosa County officials, the accident happened at 2542 Battlefield Parkway. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when one lost control, crashing into the other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result. The vehicles involved in the crash were towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were seriously injured in the collision. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police worked to clear the scene so traffic could resume as normal.
