Ft Oglethorpe, GA – Two-Vehicle Collision with Injuries on Battlefield Pkwy
Fort Oglethorpe, GA (June 8, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision that took place on a major highway in Fort Oglethorpe on Wednesday, June 8.
According to Catoosa County officials, the accident happened around 2:30 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday on the Battlefield Parkway. Two vehicles collided with one another in front of the local Big Lots, which led to extensive damage to both vehicles. It is believed that the vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
Several local responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The parties were rushed to local hospitals for treatment, though their identities and conditions are not yet known.
