Fort Oglethorpe, GA – Two-Vehicle Collision on Battlefield Pkwy
Fort Oglethorpe, GA (November 14, 2021) – At 8:56 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, November 14, a two-vehicle collision occurred in Fort Oglethorpe.
According to Catoosa County officials, the accident happened at 3040 Battlefield Parkway in the area of Walmart. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when one vehicle leaving Walmart slammed into another vehicle in the area. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. Their conditions and identities are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
