Fayetteville, GA – Rollover Crash with Injuries at GA-54 & Sandy Creek Rd
Fayetteville, GA (December 28, 2021) – At 7:35 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, December 28, a rollover crash occurred at an intersection in Fayetteville.
According to local officials, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-54 and Sandy Creek Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. One of the vehicles overturned immediately following the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
