Fayetteville, GA – Intersection Crash at GA-92 & Jimmie Mayfield Blvd Leads to Injuries
Fayetteville, GA (October 26, 2021) – At 3:41 p.m. on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 26, a crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Fayetteville.
According to Fayetteville Police, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-92 and Jimmie Mayfield Boulevard. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles were extensively damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured in the accident. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area for some time, which led to delays until police could clear the scene.
