Duluth, GA – Car Accident on Pleasant Hill Rd Near Club Dr
Duluth, GA (April 10, 2021) – At 6:13 p.m. on the evening of Friday, April 9, a car accident took place on a roadway in Duluth.
According to the Gwinnett Police Department, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of Pleasant Hill Road around the area of Club Drive. Two or more vehicles collided in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in several lanes after the accident. This led to tough delays in the area. Police urged those in the area to use Beaver Ruin Road as an alternate route.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
