Douglasville, GA – Rollover Accident on I-20 Near Chapel Hill Rd
Douglasville, GA (April 10, 2021) – At 3:51 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, April 9, a rollover accident occurred on a highway in Douglasville.
According to Douglas County officials, the accident occurred in the westbound lanes of I-20 around the area of Chapel Hill Road. Multiple vehicles collided in the area, which led to extensive damages. One of the vehicles rolled over in the accident.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. One or more victims were hospitalized with various injuries.
The roadway was blocked in several lanes, which led to delays for some time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
