6/16 Decatur, GA – Two Injured in Truck Rollover Accident on I-20

Doraville, GA (April 12, 2021) – Before 3 p.m. on Monday afternoon, April 12, a serious tractor-trailer accident involving one other vehicle took place in Doraville.

According to police, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of I-285 around the area of Buford Highway. A tractor-trailer was traveling through the area when it collided with a pickup truck. The accident led to extensive damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene to help those in need. One or more victims inside the pickup truck sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital by paramedics.

The roadway was blocked in the right lane for an extended period of time, which led to delays.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
