Doraville, GA – Tractor-Trailer Accident on I-285 Leads to Injuries
Doraville, GA (May 7, 2021) – At 7:23 a.m. on the morning of Friday, May 7, a tractor-trailer accident occurred on a highway in Doraville.
According to officials, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of I-285 around the area of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. A tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle were traveling in the area when they collided with one another. This caused the passenger vehicle to overturn on the highway, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized as a result of their injuries.
Multiple lanes of traffic were blocked for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
