Doraville, GA – Injury Accident at Buford Hwy & I-285 Intersection
Doraville, GA (January 7, 2022) – At 6:33 a.m. on the morning of Friday, January 7, an injury accident occurred at an intersection in Doraville.
According to local officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Buford Highway and I-285. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection at the same time. This caused the vehicles to forcefully collide with one another, sending debris all over the middle of the intersection. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more individuals sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
Due to the severity of the accident, a large portion of the intersection was blocked for a period of time.
