Decatur, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on The Perimeter Leads to Injuries
Decatur, GA (April 12, 2021) – At 4:44 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, April 12, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Decatur.
According to the DeKalb County Police Department, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of The Perimeter around the area of East Ponce De Leon Avenue. Multiple vehicles collided in the area, which led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured and hospitalized as a result of the accident.
All lanes of traffic were blocked in the area of the accident for some time.
