Decatur, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at Clairmont Rd & N Decatur Rd
Decatur, GA (September 23, 2021) – Before 6 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, September 23, a car crash with injuries occurred in Decatur.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Clairmont Road and North Decatur Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured in the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was completely blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
