Decatur, GA – Car Accident on I-20 Near Flat Shoals Rd

Decatur, GA (November 14, 2021) – At 8:58 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, November 14, a car accident with injuries occurred in Decatur.

According to officials, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of I-20 around the area of Flat Shoals Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when one or more collided with each other on the highway due to unknown reasons. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
