Davisboro, GA – One Killed in Fatal Two-Vehicle Collision on GA-24
Davisboro, GA (April 11, 2021) – Around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, April 11, a fatal two-vehicle collision occurred in Davisboro.
According to Washington County officials, the accident took place at 14000 GA-24. Two vehicles collided with each other in the area for reasons that are not yet known, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were called to the scene. One of the drivers, identified as a 28-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in that same vehicle was hospitalized. The driver of the second vehicle also sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for some time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
