Dalton, GA – Two-Vehicle Crash with Injuries at Walnut Ave & Old Grade Rd
Dalton, GA (November 8, 2021) – On Monday, November 8, a two-vehicle crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Dalton.
According to Whitfield County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Walnut Avenue and Old Grade Road. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time.
