Dallas, GA – Injury Accident at GA-61 & Williams Rd Intersection Leads to Injuries
Dallas, GA (December 21, 2021) – At 6:19 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, December 21, an injury accident occurred at an intersection in Dallas.
According to Paulding County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-61 and Williams Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other after entering the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were seriously injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their identities and conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the entire intersection was blocked in the area for a period of time.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
