Dallas, GA – Car Accident at Hwy 61 & Russell Ln Intersection
Dallas, GA (April 13, 2021) – At 2:53 p.m. on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 13, a car accident happened at an intersection in Dallas.
According to the Paulding Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at the intersection of Highway 61 and Russell Lane. Two vehicles collided after they entered the intersection at the same time. This led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was completely shut down for approximately 30 minutes as police cleared the scene.
Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
