Cumming, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at Buford Dam Rd & Sweetwater Dr
Cumming, GA (September 10, 2021) – At 5:33 a.m. on the morning of Friday, September 10, a car crash occurred at an intersection in Cumming.
According to Forsyth County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Buford Dam Road and Sweetwater Drive. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to collide with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was completely blocked in the area for a period of time, which led to delays.
