Covington, GA – Car Accident at GA-138 & Pirklefield Dr Intersection
Covington, GA (April 28, 2021) – At 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning, April 28, a car accident took place at an intersection in Covington.
According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-138 and Pirklefield Drive. Two vehicles collided with one another at the intersection, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.
