Conyers, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 Near Sigman Rd
Conyers, GA (June 9, 2021) – At 6 a.m. on Wednesday morning, June 9, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries took place on a highway in Conyers.
According to officials, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-20 around the area of Sigman Road. Multiple vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not fully known. The vehicles involved in the accident were left with extensive damages.
Paramedics and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
All lanes of traffic were blocked for a period of time until police cleared the scene.
