Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia
Because pedestrians have no protection from harm against motor vehicles, they are prone to some of the most catastrophic harm when one of these collisions occurs. Pedestrians are more likely to become injured or lose their lives than any other parties on our roads. In 2018 alone, over 260 people were killed in these accidents throughout Georgia due to the negligence of others. If you have been seriously harmed in a pedestrian accident due to another party, you have options and should never have to stand alone.
The aftermath of a pedestrian accident is a traumatic time in anyone’s life. These accidents happen in the blink of an eye when drivers are not paying close attention to the roads around them. Many victims of these accidents will suffer from serious injuries including spinal cord injuries, TBIs, fractures, organ damage, paralysis, and more. If you have been hurt in a collision, you should speak with a Georgia personal injury attorney who has your best interests in mind.
