Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia
Pedestrian accidents are known for being some of the most severe accidents on Georgia roads. This is due to the fact that pedestrians have no protection from harm in an accident with a passenger vehicle. In 2018 alone, it was reported that 260 people were killed in pedestrian accidents within the state. Motorists are told to pay close attention to the roads around them so that pedestrian accidents can be prevented at all times. However, this does not always occur and severe accidents continue to happen in the blink of an eye. Losing a loved one in a pedestrian accident is never easy, which is why you should have the help of an attorney on your side.
The loss of a loved one can be a challenging thing to face. You may be left with a wide array of questions that you cannot answer on your own after you have lost someone you love. For instance, you may wonder what evidence you need to prove that another party is at fault for your accident or what deadlines you will be required to meet. As you are grieving the loss of a loved one, you may wonder how you will afford to pay the bills that pile up against you.
