Clarkston, GA – Box Truck Accident with Injuries in NB Lanes of I-285
Clarkston, GA (December 10, 2021) – At 8:13 a.m. on the morning of Friday, December 10, a box truck accident occurred in Clarkston.
According to DeKalb County officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-285 around the area of exit 41, Memorial Drive. A box truck was traveling in the area when it collided with one or more passenger vehicles in the area. The accident led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
Due to the severity of the accident, all lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
