Chatsworth, GA – Two-Vehicle Accident at GA-225 & GA-52
Chatsworth, GA (December 9, 2021) – At 8:29 p.m. on Wednesday night, December 8, a two-vehicle crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Chatsworth.
According to officials, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-225 and GA-52. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. Several victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was completely blocked in the area of the intersection for some time.
