Chatsworth, GA – Serious Car Accident on GA-225 Near Spring Place
Chatsworth, GA (September 28, 2021) – Around 9:30 p.m. on the night of Tuesday, September 28, a car accident occurred on a major roadway in Chatsworth.
According to Murray County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of GA-225 around the area of Spring Place. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they suddenly collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. Several people were severely injured in the accident. The injured victims were transported to local hospitals by medical helicopters.
