Chatsworth, GA – Injury Accident at Hwy 52 & Hwy 411 Intersection
Chatsworth, GA (March 31, 2023) – Injuries were reported in a car accident that took place at an intersection in Chatsworth on the evening of Friday, March 31.
According to Chatsworth officials, the accident happened around 7:45 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 52 and Highway 411. Police confirmed that a black pickup truck and a silver sedan entered the intersection at the same time and became involved in a T-bone collision with each other. The black pickup truck sustained front-end damages and the sedan was severely damaged on its driver’s side. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. EMS crews were seen in the area helping one or more parties who sustained injuries in the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for an extended period of time. Police worked to clear the scene as quickly as possible.
