Cartersville, GA – Car Crash at Joe Frank Harris Pkwy & Market Place Blvd
Cartersville, GA (April 23, 2021) – On Friday afternoon, April 23, a car crash involving two vehicles happened at an intersection in Cartersville.
According to police, the accident took place at the intersection of Joe Frank Harris Parkway and Market Place Boulevard. Police claim that a Mustang and an SUV entered the intersection at the same time, colliding forcefully with each other. This led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
Traffic was backed up in the area until East Felton Road.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
