Cartersville, GA – Car Accident at Grassdale Rd & Jones Mill Rd
Cartersville, GA (June 9, 2021) – At 4:30 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 9, a car accident occurred at an intersection in Cartersville.
According to officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Grassdale Road and Jones Mill Road. Two or more vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. This caused them to forcefully collide with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for a period of time.
