Canton, GA – Car Crash at Hickory Flat Hwy & White Columns Blvd
Canton, GA (May 25, 2021) – At 8:37 a.m. on Tuesday morning, May 25, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Canton.
According to the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at the intersection of Hickory Flat Highway and White Columns Boulevard. A passenger vehicle and a school bus collided in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known. Police claim that no students were on board at the time.
The area was blocked for some time as police cleared the scene.
