Buford, GA – Car Crash at GA-20 & Gravel Springs Rd
Buford, GA (July 9, 2021) – At 3:47 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, July 9, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Buford.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-20 and Gravel Springs Road when two vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles forcefully collided with each other, causing them to sustain severe damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time as police worked to clear the scene. This led to delays in the area.
