Brunswick, GA – Two Injured in Rollover Crash on US-341
Brunswick, GA (April 11, 2021) – On Saturday, April 10, a serious rollover crash took place on a major highway in Brunswick.
According to the Georgia State Patrol, the accident happened on US-341 around the area of the McDonald’s parking lot. A teen driver was crossing the highway when their vehicle was suddenly struck by a southbound vehicle. This caused their vehicle to roll over forcefully in the area.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. One of the teen girls in the vehicle was ejected. The two teens were taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The male driver of the second vehicle remained at the scene but it is not known if he was injured.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
