Atlanta, GA – Truck Accident Leads to Injuries on I-75 Near Spring St
Atlanta, GA (September 9, 2021) – At 12:20 p.m. on the afternoon of Thursday, September 9, a truck accident with injuries occurred in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of exit 249, Spring Street. A truck was traveling in the area when it collided with a dark-colored sedan. The sedan turned around in traffic due to the accident. This led to severe damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. This led to delays for a period of time.
