Atlanta, GA – Truck Accident in SB Lanes of I-75 Near Williams St
Atlanta, GA (May 29, 2021) – At 8:12 a.m. on Saturday morning, May 29, a truck accident happened on a highway in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Williams Street. A truck was driving in the area when it collided with a passenger vehicle traveling in the same area. The vehicles involved were extensively damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was blocked in the area.
