Atlanta, GA – Tractor-Trailer Collision on I-75 Near Fulton St
Atlanta, GA (August 16, 2021) – At 5:26 a.m. on the morning of Monday, August 16, a tractor-trailer collision occurred on a highway in Atlanta.
According to police, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Fulton Street. A tractor-trailer was traveling in the area when it collided with a passenger vehicle due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident sustained damages as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
The area was blocked for an extended period of time as police cleared the scene.
