Atlanta, GA – Tractor-Trailer Accident with Injuries in SB Lanes of I-75
Atlanta, GA (July 30, 2021) – At 12:41 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, July 30, a tractor-trailer accident with injuries occurred in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Windy Hill Road. A tractor-trailer was traveling in the area when it collided with one or more vehicles. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged due to the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in several lanes until police cleared the scene, which led to delays.
