Atlanta, GA – Three-Vehicle Crash on I-75 Near Williams St
Atlanta, GA (July 22, 2021) – At 9:12 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, July 22, a three-vehicle crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of exit 249, Williams Street. Three vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other for reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the crash were extensively damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The right lane of traffic was blocked for a period of time, which led to delays for a period of time.
