Atlanta, GA – Rollover Accident Leads to Injuries on Briarcliff Rd
Atlanta, GA (November 2, 2021) – At 4:47 p.m. on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 2, a rollover accident occurred on a roadway in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened on Briarcliff Road in front of Lakeside High. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they suddenly collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. This caused one of the vehicles to forcefully overturn. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. Two or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were hurt in the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked for a period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
