Atlanta, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-285 Near Paces Ferry Rd
Atlanta, GA (April 15, 2021) – At 10:51 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, April 15, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta authorities, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-285 around the area of Paces Ferry Road. Two or more vehicles collided in the area due to reasons that are not yet known, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The two left lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for some time, which led to delays.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
