Atlanta, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 Near Holmes Dr
Atlanta, GA (April 19, 2021) – After midnight on Monday morning, April 19, a multi-vehicle crash occurred on a major highway in Atlanta.
According to Fulton County officials, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of I-20 around the area of Holmes Drive. Two or more vehicles allegedly collided with each other in the area, which led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
The roadway was blocked in two right lanes for a period of time, which led to slight delays.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
